Our Exchange policy
- Exchanges must be approved before return and will only be accepted if you need to switch out a size and customer will pay for all shipping charges; original shipping, return, and re-ship.
- To approve exchanges email your request to email@example.com
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise can only be returned for store credit.
- Merchandise must be in original condition that it was shipped, unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise that is “final sale” merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Items purchased online must be returned online, not stores.
U.S. Hassle-free Returns
Returns will only be processed for store credit. Your store credit will be processed in your Confetti Girl account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start your return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request.
- Go to confettigirl.com/returns and fill out the return form.
- We will respond to your return request via email ASAP.
- You may only return an item for store credit, which will be applied to your Confetti Girl account. Customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. The handling charges will be $5.99.
- All returns must be addressed to confettigirl.com

Store Credit and Processing
- Store credit will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.confettigirl.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned for store credit.
- Store Credit may not be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit expires after 6 months.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our return policy.
- To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Confetti Girl account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
